Privacy Policy
Drench Plus is developed by Serkan Özcan. This policy explains the information used to operate the game and protect purchases and progress.
Information we process
- A Firebase account identifier, including an anonymous guest identifier, and Apple or Game Center provider identifiers when you choose to connect them. Sign in with Apple may provide a name and an email address, including a private relay address.
- Game progress, completed levels, stars, move histories, saved games and achievement evidence needed for sync and server validation.
- Preferences and locally saved boards on your device.
- Verified purchase identifiers, products, environments, gold balances, grants, refund adjustments and purchase ownership records. Apple handles payment details; we do not receive your full card information.
- Technical service logs and Firebase App Check signals needed for security, delivery and troubleshooting. Receipt signatures and sign-in tokens are not intentionally recorded in application logs.
- Information you voluntarily email to support.
Why we use it
We use these records to save and recover your game, link accounts, synchronize progress, validate achievements, deliver purchases once, restore permanent rights, resolve refunds, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Account linking is optional.
Providers and international processing
Google Firebase provides authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions and App Check. The backend uses United States infrastructure. Apple provides sign-in, Game Center and App Store payment services. Their own policies apply to their services. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Advertising and analytics
Version 6.0 does not load or show live advertisements and does not enable Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. Firebase Authentication and Installations may collect de-identified SDK diagnostic data for service analytics. The optional permanent ad-removal product remains available for compatibility and restoration. We will update this policy and any necessary disclosures before introducing live advertising or new data practices.
Retention, backups and deletion
Game profile, preferences, progress, run histories and daily results are retained while the Drench Plus account is active. You can delete the account inside the app; these active records and Firebase sign-in identity are removed. Minimal purchase, ownership, refund and deletion records may be retained as necessary for financial verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. These records cannot be used to sign in or restore a deleted profile.
Daily backups are retained for up to seven days and expire on their schedule. Restoring a backup requires reapplying completed deletions before returning the restored database to service. We do not automatically delete inactive guest accounts with purchases.
Your choices
Play as a guest, choose whether to connect Apple or Game Center, control game settings, or delete your account. Deleting Drench Plus does not delete your Apple Account or Game Center account. Children and changes
The game is a general-audience puzzle and is not marketed as a Kids Category service. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information beyond what is necessary and allowed for the service. A parent or guardian can contact us about deletion. We update the date above when this policy changes.
