Email serkanozcan2005@gmail.com. Include your app version, device model and a short description. For a purchase problem, include the product and approximate time. Never send your Apple password, payment card details or sign-in tokens.

Save and cloud sync

Each move saves on this device. After initial online setup you can play offline; an internet connection is required to connect or recover an account, sync progress, purchase gold, or spend gold. If sync is pending, keep the app and its saved data, reconnect, then use Settings → Refresh cloud data. Avoid deleting the app while you have unsynced progress.

Connect Apple and Game Center

Open Settings → Your account. Apple and Game Center connections are shown separately and can both protect the same Drench Plus account. Guest play does not require either connection. Account conflicts require verification before progress and gold are merged. Game Center achievements use server-verified play.

Gold and extra moves

Tap your gold balance to open the store. Gold is optional: one +1 move costs 10 gold in Adventure and Classic after the move limit is reached. If there is not enough gold, the store opens. After buying a pack, return to the board and tap +1 again. The purchase does not automatically spend gold. Daily puzzles do not allow extra moves.

Purchase still waiting?

Approval or network verification may take time. Keep the same Drench Plus account connected and use Store → Retry delivery after reconnecting. The app waits for durable server delivery before completing the transaction. Cancelling Apple's purchase sheet does not credit gold.

Restore permanent purchases

Open Settings or Store → Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Restore recovers permanent ad removal. Ads are currently disabled in 6.0, so new ad-removal purchases are not offered. It does not recreate spent gold. The previous app's unspent consumable balance cannot be reconstructed from purchase history because that historical database no longer exists.

Remove your account

Open Settings → Your account → Delete account. Connected Apple or Game Center accounts may require fresh authentication. Read the account deletion page for what is removed and what minimal purchase records are retained.

Accessibility and daily puzzles

Settings includes color symbols, sound, haptics and reduced animation. System Reduce Motion is respected. Daily puzzles change at midnight UTC, which may differ from local midnight.
