Terms of Use
These terms cover Drench Plus, developed by Serkan Özcan. Apple's standard licensed application agreement also applies to the App Store app.
Game and account
You can start as a guest. Apple and Game Center connections are optional and help recover progress across devices. Keep unsynced local data safe; deleting the app or losing access to a guest account can prevent recovery. Network availability is required for account setup, sync and financial actions.
Optional purchases
Drench Plus has six consumable gold packs: 100, 250, 500, 2,500, 5,000 and 25,000 gold, plus permanent ad removal. There are no subscriptions. Ads are currently disabled in 6.0; new ad-removal purchases are not offered, and previous permanent rights remain restorable. Apple's purchase sheet shows the local price before you confirm. Gold has no cash value, is not transferable outside account reconciliation, and cannot be exchanged for money.
One extra move costs 10 gold in Adventure and Classic after the move limit is reached. Daily puzzles do not allow assistance. Purchase delivery follows Apple verification and durable backend recording; retries do not create a second credit. Refunds and revocations may reverse the relevant gold or permanent right, including after account reconciliation.
Restoration and earlier versions
Restore purchases recovers permanent ad removal through Apple. Consumed gold is not restored. The previous app's historical unspent gold cannot be reconstructed from purchase totals because its old service data is unavailable. Please contact support about a documented purchase issue.
Account deletion
You can delete your Drench Plus account inside Settings → Your account. This removes active account/game records and access; limited financial and security audit records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not request an Apple refund or delete your Apple Account.
Fair use and service
Do not tamper with purchase proof, impersonate another account, or abuse the service. Game Center achievements depend on validated play. Service interruptions may delay syncing or purchase verification; local play remains available after setup.
